Rory Howe is the Director of the Financial Management Group (FMG) within the Center for Medicaid and CHIP Services (CMCS). He has over 15 years of experience in Medicaid and CHIP financial policy and operations. Previously within FMG, Rory served as Director of the Division of Financial Policy, Technical Director for Financial Policy in the Division of Financial Operations, and a reimbursement analyst within the Division of Reimbursement and State Financing. He also worked at the Office of Management and Budget in the Health Division, where he focused on Medicaid policy. Rory received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Boston College.
