RULE ID	RULE Definition
RULE-445	If a claim is a non-denied claim from an IP file, then the procedure code date 3 value reported must be a valid date of the form CCYYMMDD.
RULE-447	If a non-denied IP claim does not have a value populated for procedure code 3, then the claim does not have a value populated for procedure code date 3.
RULE-450	If a non-denied IP claim has a value populated for procedure code date 3 and the primary demographics eligibility segment has a value populated for date of death, then the procedure code date 3 is less that or equal to the date of death.
