RULE ID	RULE Definition
RULE-551	If the service tracking type is populated on a non-denied claim from an IP file, then the service tracking type reported must be found in the list of valid values.
RULE-6439	If a claim line is a non-denied claim line from an IP file, then the service tracking type value reported must be compatible with specified T-MSIS picture format: X(2).
RULE-7513	If a claim is a non-denied, non-service tracking claim from an IP file, then the service tracking type is not populated or equal to '0' or '00'.
RULE-7521	If a claim is a non-denied, non-void claim from an IP file and the adjustment indicator is not equal to '1' and the type of claim is equal to '4' or 'D', then the claim must have a value populated for service tracking type and does not equal '0' or '00'.
