RULE-2013	If pregnancy indicator is yes on a variable demographics eligibility segment from an ELG file, then the sex reported on the corresponding primary demographics eligibility segment must be female.
RULE-2155	If restricted benefits code is for pregnancy-related services only on an eligibility determinants segment from an ELG file, then the sex reported on the corresponding primary demographics eligibility segment must be female.
RULE-6315	If a segment is a primary demographics eligibility segment from an ELG file, the sex value reported must be compatible with the specified T-MSIS picture format: X(1).
