RULE ID	RULE Definition
RULE-1116	If a claim is a non-denied claim from an LT file and the date of birth is populated, and the primary demographics eligibility conception to birth indicator does not equal 'yes' and eligibility determinants eligibility group is not coverage from conception to birth, then the LT claim segment date of birth is equal to the primary demographics eligibility segment date of birth.
RULE-2014	If a segment is a primary demographics eligibility segment from an ELG file, then the date of birth value reported must be a valid date of the form CCYYMMDD.
RULE-2016	If conception-to-birth indicator is not for conception-to-birth coverage and the eligibility group is not for conception-to-birth coverage on an eligibility determinants segment from an ELG file, then the date of birth reported on the corresponding primary demographics segment must be before or equal to the end of time period value reported.
RULE-2017	If conception-to-birth indicator is not for conception-to-birth coverage on a variable demographic segment from an ELG file and the eligibility group is not for conception-to-birth coverage on a corresponding eligiblity determinants segment from an ELG file, then the date of birth on the primary demographics segment must be less than or equal to 125 years before the effective date on any enrollment time span segment with the same MSIS ID.
RULE-2020	If date of birth and date of death are populated on a primary demographics eligibility segment from an ELG file, then the difference between the date of death value reported and the date of birth value reported must be less than or equal to 125 years.
RULE-7366	If the msis ID is populated on a primary demographics eligibility file, then the date of birth must be populated.
RULE-7423	If a primary demographics eligibility segment has a value populated for MSIS ID, date of death and date of birth, then the difference between the date of birth and date of death must be between -1 year and 120 years, or if the date of death is not populated, then the the difference between the date of birth and file header record eligibility segment start of time period is between -1 years and 120 years.
