RULE ID	RULE Definition
RULE-2098	If eligible county code is populated on an eligible contact information segment from an ELG file, then the eligible county code value reported must be in the list of valid county values for the state.
RULE-2099	If a segment is an eligible contact information segment from an ELG file, the eligible county code value reported must be compatible with the specified T-MSIS picture format: X(3).
RULE-7368	If msis ID is populated on a eligible contact information file, then the eligible county code value must be populated.
RULE-7530	If the MSIS ID is populated on a eligible contact information segment from an ELG file, and the address type is '01' for primary home address, and eligible state is equal to the submitting state, then the eligible county code and eligible zip code are in the submitting state.
RULE-7532	If the MSIS ID is populated on a eligible contact information segment from an ELG file, then the eligible county code is in the eligible state.
