RULE ID	RULE Definition
RULE-2283	If the MFP reason participation ended is populated on a MFP information file, then the MFP reason participation ended reported must be found in the list of valid values.
RULE-2284	If the MFP enrollment end date is '9999-12-31' on an MFP-INFORMATION segment from an EL file, then the value for MFP reason participaiton ended must be null or invalid.
RULE-7110	If a segment is an MFP information segment from an ELG file, then the MFP reasn participation ended value reported must be compatible with the specified T-MSIS picture format: X(2).
