RULE ID	RULE Definition
RULE-2608	If at least two of the first, second, and third managed care address lines are populated on a managed care location and contact information segment from an MCR file, then the managed care address line values reported must be unique.
RULE-2609	If the managed care address line 3 is populated on the managed care location and contact information file, then the managed care address line 3 reported must not contain any pipe or asterisk characters.
RULE-2611	If the managed care location and contact information segment does not have a value populated for managed care address line 2, then the segment does not have a value populated for managed care address line 3.
