RULE ID	RULE Definition
RULE-2629	If the state plan id number is populated on the MFP information file, then the state plan id number reported must not contain any pipe or asterisk characters.
RULE-6208	If a segment is a managed care service area segment from an MCR file, then the state plan ID number value reported must be compatible with the specified T-MSIS picture format: X(12).
RULE-2630	All managed care service area segments must have a corresponding managed care main segment where the managed care service area effective and end dates are within the managed care main effective and end dates. Note: Managed care main dates can be consecutive or overlapping.
