RULE-2806	If the facility group individual code on a provider attributes main segment from a PRV file is for an individual provider, then the provider first name must be a valid, non-null value.
RULE-6143	If a segment is a provider attributes main segment, the provider first name value reported must be compatible with the specified T-MSIS picture format: 9(11).
