RULE ID	RULE Definition
RULE-2810	If the facility group individual code on a provider attributes main segment from a PRV file is for an individual provider, then the provider last name must be a valid, non-null value.
RULE-6906	If a segment is a provider attributes main segment, then the provider last name value reported must be compatible with the specified T-MSIS picture format: X(30).
RULE-7143	If the provider last name is populated on a provider attributes main segment, then the provider last name must not contain any pipe or asterisk characters.
