RULE ID	RULE Definition
RULE-2817	If the facility group individual code on a provider attributes main segment from a PRV file is for an individual provider, then the provider date of birth must be a valid, non-null value.
RULE-2818	If the date of birth on a provider attributes main segment is populated, and the end of time period on the provider file header is populated, the the provider attributes main segment date of birth is less than or equal to the file header end of time period.
RULE-2820	If the provider attributes main segment has a value populated for date of birth and the provider file header segment has a value populated for start of time period, and the date of death is not populated in the provider attributes main segment and the provider Medicaid enrollment status is not terminated then the difference between the date of birth and start of time period values is less than or equal to 85 years and greater than or equal to 18 years.
RULE-2821	If a provider attributes main segment has values populated for date of death and date of birth, then the difference between the values must be equal to or greater that 18 years.
RULE-6965	If a segment is a provider attributes main segment from a PRV file, then the date of birth value reported must be a valid date of the form CCYYMMDD.
