RULE ID	RULE Definition
RULE-3095	If policy owner last name is populated on a TPL Medicaid Eligible Person Health Insurance segment from a TPL file then the Eligible Person Health Insurance policy owner last name must not contain any pipe characters.
RULE-3096	If the TPL medicaid eligible person main has a TPL health insurance coverage indicator equal to medicaid/CHIP eligible indivdual has TPL insurance coverage, then the TPL medicaid eligible person health insurance coverage information segment must have a value populated for policy owner last name.
RULE-6626	If a segment is a TPL medicaid eligible person health insurance coverage information segment, the plicy owner last name value reported must be compatible with the specified T-MSIS picture format: X(30).
