RULE ID	RULE Definition
RULE-3119	If the insurance carrier id number is populated on the TPL medcaid eligible person health insurance coverage categories file, then the insurance carrier id number reported must not contain any pipe or asterisk characters.
RULE-6722	If a segment is a TPL Medicaid eligible person health insurance coverage categories segment from a TPL file, then the insurance carrier ID number value reported must be compatible with the specified T-MSIS picture format: X(12).
RULE-3120	All TPL medicaid eligible person health insurance coverage categories segments must have a corresponding TPL entity contact information segment where the TPL medicaid eligible person health insurance coverage categories effective and end dates are within the TPL entity contact information effective and end dates. Note: TPL entity contact information dates can be consecutive or overlapping.
