In a letter dated September 17, 2018, CMS granted North Carolina 1135 waivers requested after Hurricane Florence.
In a letter dated September 13, 2018, for those providers not already enrolled with another State Medicaid Agency or Medicare, CMS waived certain screening requirements so the Virginia may provisionally, temporarily, enroll the providers.
