Reporting Reminder
When reporting in T-MSIS, please report only records for beneficiaries who receive services that are funded through Title XIX and Title XXI. Beneficiaries that are enrolled in programs that are solely state funded or have a different source of Federal funding, such as Refugee Medical Assistance (RMA), should not have enrollment or service records reported in T-MSIS.
